DAY 1 – Networking & B2B Meetings

  • Leadership Forum — School Education Stakeholders
    Discussions and networking with key K–12 representatives including School Owners, Board Members, Principals, Academic Directors, College & Career Counselors, and Education Agents from leading schools across Almaty and the wider Kazakhstan region.
  • Networking Lunch
    An opportunity for delegates and institutional representatives to connect, exchange ideas, and build meaningful professional relationships over a shared meal.
  • Higher Education Leadership Forum
    Panel discussions and meetings with senior leadership — Chancellors, Vice Chancellors, Presidents, Rectors, Deans, and Directors — from universities across Kazakhstan and invited institutions from the broader CIS region.
  • Pre-Scheduled One-on-One Meetings
    Dedicated B2B sessions between participating institutions and stakeholders, arranged in advance and covering international partnerships, student recruitment, articulation and pathway agreements, faculty and research collaborations, exchange and mobility programmes, and other strategic opportunities.

Day 2 – University Campus Visits & Cultural Experience

  • Campus Visit — Host University, Almaty
    Delegates will visit one of Almaty’s leading universities for an immersive campus experience, including a guided tour and a welcome address from senior university leadership.
  • Student Showcase
    Current students present their academic journeys, research projects, innovation initiatives, and international engagement activities — offering delegates a firsthand look at student life and higher education in Kazakhstan.
  • Presentation — Higher Education in Kazakhstan
    Senior academic representatives share insights on the higher education landscape, internationalization strategies, research and innovation, academic partnerships, mobility programmes, and government initiatives, with scope for global collaboration discussions.
  • Closed-Door Leadership Roundtable
    An exclusive session between the host university’s senior leadership and the international delegation, focused on strategic partnerships, student and faculty mobility, joint research, and other areas of mutual institutional interest.
  • Traditional Kazakh Lunch
    Delegates experience Kazakhstan’s rich culinary heritage at one of Almaty’s renowned restaurants, over continued informal networking and conversation.
  • Cultural & Sightseeing Tour of Almaty
    A guided tour of Almaty’s iconic landmarks, architecture, and cultural attractions — a fitting close to the conference and an opportunity to strengthen relationships built over the two days.

DAY 3 – International Student Recruitment Fair

  • Campus Visit — Host High School, Almaty
    Day 3 takes place at one of Almaty’s leading high schools — an ideal setting for direct engagement with prospective students and school leadership.
  • Welcome Ceremony & Cultural Performance
    Delegates are welcomed with a traditional cultural performance by the host school’s students, followed by an official welcome address.
  • Morning Session — Undergraduate Recruitment Fair
    An international student recruitment fair welcoming senior secondary school students from leading schools across Almaty and surrounding regions. Participating institutions will showcase academic programmes, engage directly with prospective students and families, and provide guidance on admissions, scholarships, student life, and career opportunities — while building visibility in one of Central Asia’s most promising education markets.
  • Networking Lunch
    A shared meal bringing together delegates, school leadership, counselors, and education professionals for meaningful conversations and relationship building.
  • Afternoon Session — Postgraduate Recruitment Fair
    A dedicated fair welcoming undergraduate students from universities across Almaty and neighbouring cities who are exploring master’s degree opportunities abroad. Participating institutions will present postgraduate and research programmes, engage with high-quality prospective candidates, and discuss admissions, funding options, and career pathways.
  • Afternoon Tea & Closing Networking
    The conference concludes with refreshments and informal networking — a final opportunity for delegates and participants to exchange ideas and strengthen the relationships built across three days.
